    Your email arrives with every choice listed, plus a link that opens your exact design on my screen.

  2. We confirm the details

    I’ll check the fabric is still in stock, suggest anything that would work better, and send you a firm price.

  3. Then I make it

    Nothing gets cut until you’ve said yes to the quote.
